Steal from the rich and give to the poor? That sounds like a job for Robin To The Rescue. Aim fast and shoot to rescue the poor villagers from being hanged. Be careful not to shoot them with one of your arrows though. aim for the rope and cut it with the arrow. Rescue the peasants and become the hero of Sherwood that we all know.
